I bought a City sling for my phone - it's really sturdy and I absolutely love it. However, after a few weeks the attachment inside the phone broke and I emailed MOCOLL with a photo to ask for a replacement. I could see that it was a tiny fault where it had split and wasn't any sort of design problem.They responded so nicely and immediately sent me a replacement.I love their products and was so pleased with the customer service and I'll definitely be buying more products from them.
